The thirteenth edition of the Villa de San Pedro Folklore Festival will bring together outstanding groups of choirs and dances from different parts of the Region of Murcia and Almeria.
The festival will start on Friday, June 1, with a night dedicated to children's groups, in which the youngest members of the folkloric cultural group 'Virgen del Carmen' of the rock El Azahar de Beniaján will perform;
the children's group of choirs and dances of the 'Museo de la Huerta de Alcantarilla' of the Peña El Barracón, and the younger groups of 'El Pinar', of the local El Caldero Peña.
In addition, attend the Infant Queen of the Huerta de Murcia, accompanied by ladies of his Court of Honor.
On Saturday, June 2, the folkloric groups Virgen de la Salud, from the Almeria village of Velez Rubio, will perform;
Virgin of the Fertile valley, of Murcia, and the group of Choirs and Dances El Pinar, of the Peña El Caldero.
The festival will end on Sunday, June 3 with the group Nuestra Señora de las Lágrimas, from the Peña Huertana La Picaza, from Cabezo de Torres and, once again, the host club.
