The day was held at the Jose Antonio Perez de Lo Pagan soccer field and featured numerous matches, coexistence food and institutional closing ceremony.

The facilities of the José Antonio Pérez de Lo Pagán soccer field hosted on Saturday, June 2, the celebration of the closing day of the Municipal School of Football (EMF) of San Pedro del Pinatar.

Throughout the day, the members of the EMF and their families enjoyed a day of coexistence in which there was no shortage of matches between the teams of the school itself, a convivial meal in which the relatives participated and the institutional act of closure to close the day.

The EMF closes a season full of successes in which highlights the promotions to the regional division (Autonomous League), in the categories that had not yet achieved, such as: Alevín, Cadet and Juvenil, getting to be league champions in category Alevín and Cadete

Also it has been obtained the permanence in the maximum regional division (Autonomic League), in the categories: Prebenjamin, Benjamín and Infantile.

Throughout the season more than 20 of the students of all the categories have been selected to train with the soccer team of the Region of Murcia and also several of their players have competed in unofficial tournaments with Valencia CF, in compliance with an agreement between both clubs.

The EMF has been composed this season by approximately 330 students and technicians distributed in a large representation in the following categories: chupeta (1), Prebenjamines (2), benjamines (4), fry (3), children (3), cadets (3) and juveniles (2), in addition to a bottle feeding equipment, a school of goalkeepers and a group in the municipal sports school.

All the components of the EMF were recognized for the great season, and were accompanied by the mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez and the Councilor for Sports, Javier Castejón.

Martinez, addressed both players and technicians to congratulate them on the season and encourage them to continue in this line of work because, he said, "are an example to follow."
