of the Pinatarense Sports Association was classified as the best club in this Autonomic Regatta and maintains its first position in the Regional League ranking in Calm Waters.

Throughout the morning of Saturday, May 11, La Puntica Beach hosted the V Autonomous Regatta of the Regional Canoe League, which involved 112 paddlers from nine clubs in the Region of Murcia.

The AD Pinatarense was finally proclaimed champion in the classification by clubs, and his paddlers reached podium in most categories, from prebenjamín to veterans F in distances of 1,500, 3,000 and 7,000 meters in K1, C1, OC1 and KM Traditional.

Participating in this day were the Pinatarense Sports Association, the White Canoe Club, the San Lucía Nautical Club, the Los Troncos Piragüismo Club, the Cieza Kayak Thader Club, the Murcia Remo Sports Club, the Canoe and Kayak School, the Alcázares Kayak, the Canoeing Institute of Murcia and the Royal Club de Regatas de Cartagena.

Hundreds of fans and bathers could enjoy this regatta on the beach of La Puntica, which also hosted during the weekend the Autonomous Regatta of Dragon Boat, on Sunday May 12, becoming San Pedro del Pinatar in the epicenter of water sports during the weekend.
