The fairground will host this event, which joins leisure, gastronomy and music, which will be offered around different types of beer made by hand.
The councilman of Celebrations, Javier Castejón, and the organizers of the Event, Hector Pastor and Pepe Andreo, today presented the II Mar Menor Beer Fest, a fair around craft beer, from July 18 to 20 in the Fairground.
Javier Castejón stressed that this fair adds to the extensive summer program and the different activities that houses the fair, with the aim of attracting this weekend to lovers of beer culture in the town.
On the other hand, Héctor Pastor pointed out that the objective of this festival is to promote the artisanal producers, for that reason it will have nine stands in which they will be able to explain the elaboration process and the characteristics of each beer.
This will involve producers from the Region of Murcia, Alicante, Albacete, Madrid and there will also be a Belgian beer stand.
In addition, the event will feature different food trucks with a varied cuisine and options for all audiences of fast food.
This year the musical part has been reinforced, which will include performances by the Karmacadabra groups, recently awarded at the Witch Festival Pop de Alcantarilla;
Keeng, tribute to Queen, and U2 Band, who for the second consecutive year return to this event to play the best-known songs of the legendary Irish band.
The 'Mar Menor Beer Fest' will be open from July 19 to 20, from 7:00 pm to 1:00 am at the fairgrounds.
