| The City Council is committed to the early detection of the virus to fight the pandemic and hopes to expand the team of trackers soon | A team made up of 15 workers have joined the health team of the San Pedro del Pinatar Health Center to help in the work of tracking possible infected with covid-19 in the town. The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitaci�n Mart�nez, accompanied by the Councilor for Civil Protection, �ngela Gaona have visited the new CECOVID team at the Integral Security Center. The team, made up of Civil Protection officers, will carry out as of today tracking and monitoring of positives by Covid in the municipality, after the training they have received from the Directorate General of Public Health and Addictions. The course has been divided into two parts, the theory has been intended to train students in the analysis of basic aspects of the virus such as the transmission and prevention of the coronavirus; the detection, surveillance and control of cases and contacts, as well as the tracking methodology and the procedure to follow to carry out an effective tracking.
In the practical part, the team of trackers have carried out tasks in the management of tracking applications and the acquisition of practical skills in real users. The mayor has stated that the San Pedro del Pinatar City Council is committed to the early detection of the virus to fight the pandemic and hopes to expand the team of trackers soon.
