In the Board Room of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar, the mayor, Visitation Martinez, accompanied by Angela Gaona, Councillor for Urban Quality and Silvia Egea, Councillor of Tourism, he has received Carmen Gil, president of the Federation of Associations Murcianas of people with Physical and Organic Disabilities (FAMDIF / COCEMFE), and the quantity surveyor and architect of the Association, Manuel Garcia and Diego Butler, to sign a cooperation agreement in order to promote actions aimed at promoting accessibility and elimination of architectural barriers in the municipality.
The mayor stressed that this type of action is a step to achieve full and effective integration and social normalization of people with mobility problems and / or disability.
It is therefore to continue joining efforts in achieving a municipality without architectural barriers and realize the right of all citizens to access physical and autonomously goods, resources and services that society offer.
Finally, the president of FAMDIF / COCEMFE, expressed his satisfaction with the signing of this partnership for better development of social welfare of the population of San Pedro del Pinatar.
