Easter pinatarense last night toured the streets of the town with processions of the meeting and the procession of silence, a penintencial Via Crucis Christ of Forgiveness.
The central junction of Emilio Castelar Avenue and Avenue of Las Salinas each Holy Thursday become the Street of Bitterness, where Jesus Nazareno, escorted by the Roman third, meets his mother, the Blessed Virgin of Sorrows, to the look of St. John the Evangelist and the pious Veronica.
The touch of silence bugles and drums gives way to a heartfelt saeta, by Manuel Luzon and the fall of Veronica Pious cloth, revealing the face of Jesus.
The initial encounter darkness gives way to light that illuminates the meeting of mother and child and the solemn procession begins with the four images.
This huge procession was headed by the mayor of the town, Visitation Martinez, accompanied by the Director General of Trade and Consumer Protection, Francisca Cabrera, and the rest of the municipal corporation.
And after midnight the Via Crucis began, in which the penitents followed the image of Christ of Forgiveness accompanied only four drums sound.
