The municipal OAC attended more than a thousand complaints, suggestions and complaints in 2016 (24/02/2017)

The Office of Citizen Assistance (OAC) of the City Council of San Pedro del Pinatar attended a total of 1167 complaints, complaints, suggestions and information in 2016, of which 91.24% have been resolved to date.

The City Council of San Pedro del Pinatar hosted this week the annual meeting of the Special Committee of suggestions and claims for Citizen Care in which has been reported the annual report of the OAC.

The meeting presented the annual report of the OAC, which indicates that during 2016 a total of 1167 complaints, complaints, suggestions and information were collected, of which 91.24% were resolved, while the rest were Are under study or approved for completion.
