Yesterday, Sunday, June 11, the Rumanian Association of Romanians, "ACORAMAR, a heart of two seas", celebrated the second Day of Romania in the Region of Murcia, in the Center of Leisure and Emerging Arts of San Pedro del Pinatar.
Radu Catalin Mardare, the Honorary Consul in Murcia, José David Pérez and the Viceconsul of Romania in Almeria, Florenta Ciobotarudió welcomed the numerous attending public, more than half a thousand. The Mayor, Visitación Martínez, accompanied by the Consul General of Romania in Seville, Radu Catalin Mardare Of people, and they thanked the festive atmosphere and of coexistence in which also celebrated the Day of the Region, International Day of the Child and the tenth anniversary of the Romanian Course in Spain and five years in San Pedro, one of the objectives pursued by the Association, the ongoing formation of the study of Romanian so that all the children who are born here know their language.
ACORAMAR organized this event in which musicians, singers and folk dance groups performed in regional costumes.
Theater and exhibitions completed this activity that served to introduce the culture and traditions of Romania through its crafts, folklore and gastronomy.
