The City Council launches next week the online voting of participatory budgets, through which the residents of Pinar del Rio will be able to choose between six projects that have been prepared according to local proposals.
The City of San Pedro del Pinatar will develop from next week the final phase of Participatory Budgeting, an initiative through which 100,000 euros will be invested in the project that most citizens choose.
Through the municipal website, residents registered in the municipality and over 18 years of age will be able to vote between November 14 and 20 among six projects, all valued at 100,000 euros, which are the summary of proposals collected by neighbors, associations, mayors pedáneos and the office of Attention to the Citizen.
Those who prefer it may also vote in person in the pensioner's homes, and the Citizen Attention Office, during the opening hours.
The six options that are proposed are the following:
Children's Park in Maspalomas.
Comprehensive rehabilitation of the park next to the Maspalomas school, creating different areas of specific games for different age groups, with a space with integrated swings adapted to children with disabilities, and another area for parents with babies.
Stands for events Acquisition of portable stands to provide seats for outdoor events of sport, cultural or leisure type.
It will provide a 500-seat area for this type of outdoor activities or in tents, etc.
New stands at the sports center.
Construction of bleachers, toilets and storage spaces next to the football field in the Municipal Sports Center with more than 140 fixed seats.
Sports Boulevard in Avenida del Puerto.
Rehabilitation of a green area and creation of a sports area, with various fitness circuits and circuits, offering another alternative for practicing outdoor sports.
Playground in Los Pinos.
Comprehensive rehabilitation of the park with the Los Pinos school and creation of children's play areas divided by age and includes a fitness sports area, focused on the sports practice of the whole family.
New dog parks.
Creation of four canine parks in different points of the municipality, including play area, swings, lighting ... They would be located in Avda. Pablo Picasso, Vicente Buigues Vives street, Balandra street and Del Puerto Avenue.
