The Holy Week in Pinar del Rio, declared of Regional Tourist Interest since 1993, brings together more than a thousand penitents, bearers, bearers and musicians who represent the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ in different processional parades.
Tonight, Holy Wednesday, the solemn Via Crucis del Cristo del Mar Menor is celebrated, the only one that is celebrated on the banks of the lagoon, and which is the prelude to the great parades of Holy Week, the deeply rooted Encounter of Jesus in the Calle de la Amargura on Holy Thursday;

The end of the festival will come hand in hand with local singer Andrés Ballester and Murcian Salva Ortega.
