The Eighth Meeting of Villa de San Pedro Carriages met today in the municipality marmenorense more than a dozen carriages, buggies and wagons that have traversed the streets of the town.
The procession, held on the occasion of the festivities, has left around 11:30 am the enclosure attached to the cattle fair and crossed the urban center of town, down to the pagan and Villananitos.
The parade, which closed dozens of horsemen and women, has become the attraction of the crowd of bathers today thronged the beaches of the municipality.
Many riders clubs, associations and groups related to the coupler and draft animals of the region have participated in the eighth edition of this concentration of carriages, organized by the Municipality of San Pedro del Pinatar.
The tradition and roots of horse breeding in San Pedro del Pinatar goes back to the eighteenth century.
In fact, 29 and June 30 is celebrated edition of the Real CCXV Cattle Fair of San Pedro del Pinatar, where livestock congregate annually from all over Spain.
