The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed operation "CAGE 23", to clarify the events that led to the death of a diver for a spear shot in San Javier (Murcia) which culminated with two people charged as alleged authors of reckless homicide.

The contradictions in the statement of witnesses, the evidence found inside the boat and diving equipment, as well as the nature of the injuries sustained by the diver died, investigators were suspicious of the alleged commission of a crime of reckless homicide.

After analyzing the results of forensic tests proceeded to charge two people for allegedly committing an offense of reckless homicide in a fact that initially was listed as accident.

Seized:
