3) The conditions of trails, boulevards and public waterways, the need to provide energy corridors protected from urbanization to avoid radio conditions, among others.
4) The proper consideration of the amount of developable land unsectorised to provide in relation to the Kyoto protocol.
9 th. - It has been observed in different planes classifications and boundaries varied in the area of ​​the Esplanade of Lo Pagan, which could lead to error, we propose that it be reviewed in order to unify and define the appropriate scope, intended uses and its future prospects, suggesting the figure of the Special Plan of Urban Adaptation provided for in the regional Land Law.
