The square of the Constitution of San Javier year hosted a concert that the band of the Academy offers the occasion of the celebrations in honor of the Virgen del Carmen, patron saint of the municipality.
The band of the General Air Academy gave a concert last night at the Plaza of the Constitution of San Javier, on the occasion of the celebrations in honor of the Virgen del Carmen.
The concert, led by commander Armando Bernabeu, included various pieces, such as military marches or pasodobles, among others.
During the ceremony, the president of the Association Virgen del Carmen, Rosario Garcia, accompanied by the mayor of the municipality, Visitation Martinez, the director gave some neckties of band, in gratitude for the participation of this group at parties of the "Star of the Sea."
Meanwhile, the mayor praised the participation and closeness of the General Air Academy to the municipality of San Javier and in particular to the celebrations of the Virgen del Carmen, and announced that this year, as on other occasions, the planes Eagle Patrol escort to the Virgin during the procession of boats of next Monday, July 16.
