The House approved an amendment to the General Plan to provide the city with more industrial land (16/12/2014)

The full City Council of San Pedro del Pinatar held on Monday, December 15, approved a specific modification of Land-use planning on the exceptional state and transient building on undeveloped land, Plot No Scheduled and Non-ordination.

The Town Planning, Angela Gaona, explained that this change marks the limits of undeveloped land and developable unscheduled passing classified into three new categories such as specific protection, which is the Regional Park and the territory affected by the guidelines coast;

protected land planning, which would be affected by the transfer area and ground unsuitable for development, including the border with San Javier and the area of ​​the desalination plant.

This modification adapts the classification and land use to the current regulation, since it is governed by the General Plan 1984 and promotes the establishment of new industries in the municipality.

As for the change in buildings outside management, building on soils that are roads, open spaces, green areas or equipment, which allows provisional occupation renouncing the increased value of expropriation are distinguished;

buildings with excess height, background buildable, or alignment plot, which allows renovation and rehabilitation earlier buildings to General Plan 1984;

MOTIONS
