The councilor of Festejos, Javier Castejón, accompanied last Saturday, August 24, the group “Choirs and Dances“ El Pinar ”of San Pedro del Pinatar who participated in the XXXV National Folklore Festival of Puertollano in the province of Ciudad Real.

Together with the “El Pinar” Choirs and Dances group, groups from Castilla-La Mancha and Extremadura participated in the Festival that preserve and disseminate popular roots, customs and traditions.

The mayor of Puertollano, Isabel Rodríguez, presided over the official reception at the Town Hall, which she attended in the Councilor of Festivities of San Pedro del Pinatar, Javier Castejón, where each of the groups has given a souvenir to the mayor to later participate in the musical event prepared by Grupo Fuente Agria de Puertollano, organizer of the festival.
