Tourism takes up the free guided tours of the Salinas and Arenales Regional Park with the Full Moon Route (29/05/2020)

The Department of Tourism annually schedules more than twenty visits with 8 different routes that were suspended due to the health crisis caused by the coronavirus and are now being resumed with measures adapted to the de-escalation phase, limiting the number of participants to 15 people, always keeping the interpersonal distance of two meters and with the mandatory use of a mask. The Department of Tourism of San Pedro del Pinatar resumes next Friday, June 5, the calendar of Free Guided Tours, with the Full Moon route, from 8:00 p.m.

to 11:00 p.m., and which departs from the Quintin Mill and runs the Paseo de la Mota until you reach the natural beach of Punta de Algas, with a distance of 9 kilometers. On the occasion of the decree of the State of Alarm and the health crisis caused by the coronavirus, the department suspended this activity during the months of April and May, which it is resuming now, adapting it to the recommended security measures in the de-escalation process. Thus, a maximum of 15 people can participate in the routes and participants must meet a series of essential requirements, such as being equipped with a mask and always respecting the minimum safety distance of two meters, except for members of the same family unit, recommended the use of hydroalcoholic gel, in addition to depositing any type of residue in the places enabled for it. The environmental guide that makes the visit will inform the start of the activity of the protection measures to take into account.

In the registration and prior confirmation the requirements of the same will be detailed. The calendar of guided tours will continue on Sunday June 21 with the route "Salty Paradise: Discover the Regional Park with the family", from 11:00 to 13:00, with departure at the Los Flamencos roundabout and a distance of two kilometers, intended for families with children, to visit the Regional Park through the eyes of the little ones who will be able to learn to differentiate birds, knowing their names and customs, as well as discovering, as curious botanists, the typical flora species of this natural space.
