The local Government Board has approved this week the granting of individual grants, for an overall value of 2,500 euros, to five Pinatar athletes, who have excelled in their different sports disciplines.
A grant of 14,000 euros has also been awarded to the Futsal Pack Club for the development of its activities during the season and 3,597.68 euros have been awarded to the Pinatar Cycling Club for the organization of the El Capellán Memorial race.
At the same meeting, a collaboration agreement was approved between the City Council and the Pinatarense Association for the promotion, dissemination and development of kayaking, kayak polo and dragon boat during the current season.
CONVENTION OF THE HOME AID SERVICE
The Governing Board has also approved the annual agreement between the City Council and the Institute Murciano de Acción Social (IMAS), for the provision of the Home Help Service for dependent persons.
Under this agreement, which will enter into force on 1 December, the IMAS will provide 95,320.60 euros for the payment of hours of personal and domestic attention, while users will have to contribute € 28,459, € 4.
The total cost of the service for this period is 123,780 euros for the payment of 5,424 hours of personal care and 5,316 hours of domestic care.
At another point in the day, the Board approved the granting of financial aid for the care of situations of need for a total amount of 740 euros.
TWO MOTORCYCLES FOR GARDENS
It has also been approved the purchase, through the central contracting system of the General Directorate of Heritage, two motorcycles to strengthen the means of gardening services, for a value of 3,620.32 euros.
