Framed within the program of events in honor of Our Lady the Virgen del Carmen and organized by the Fishermen's Association and the Association Virgen del Carmen, the Band of the General Air Academy offered an impeccable concert in the Square the Constitution.
Under the leadership of Commander Musician, Armando Bernabeu Andreu, the band played several movie soundtrack as well known as Grease, Rocky and James Bond.
During the break, the Mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, José García Ruiz, joined on stage by the president of the Association Virgen del Carmen, Charo García and José Luis Pérez, Patron Mayor of Fishermen's Association, won the gold medal from the Villa to the Colonel Director of the AGA, Juan Antonio Ortega, on behalf of the Eagle Patrol of the Air, deserves this distinction because of its connection to the festival on 16 July.
"Since 2001, the Eagle Patullo has accompanied the procession with their acrobatics act of fishing and honor those who lost their lives at sea," Garcia said Ruiz, "which is why when we received the suggestion of the Association and the Brotherhood Fishermen, in March, we could not refuse because the Patrol is also part of social and cultural life of our town. "
