The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Jose Garcia, general director of commerce and handicrafts of the Autonomous Community, Julio José Lorenzo, and City Council of Commerce, Carmen Honrubia, today presented the first municipality Outlet Fair, which opens next Saturday and with the participation of some thirty local businesses.
The fair will be located in the parking Emilio Castelar central avenue, where the merchants of San Pedro del Pinatar and Lo Pagan offer a variety of products including clothing, footwear, accessories, household items and jewelry at discounts of up to 80 percent.
The hours will be from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:00 hours, from Saturday to Wednesday 8 November.
The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, José García, stressed the importance of a fair of its kind in times of crisis, as it produces a double benefit for traders, who have the ability to sell more, and consumers , who will buy quality products at cheaper prices than usual.
The mayor has stressed the importance of promoting policies that encourage trade and employment and in this regard, progress has been holding an exhibition of Commerce City for the first quarter.
For his part, Councillor for Trade, Carmen Honrubia, explained that this initiative comes from local associations Mall Open, San Pedro del Pinatar, and the Association of Employers of Lo Pagan.
Honrubia has highlighted the efforts of these groups and the City to perform this show, which he described as "necessary and priority."
The Director General of Commerce, Julio José Lorenzo, explained that this initiative is part of the Plan to Enhance the Retail Distribution Sector of the Region, which in 2008 marked as a priority the promotion of trade fairs in the municipalities Murcia outlet.
