The performance will take place on a plot of about 15,000 square meters that includes the space of the current bus station.

The available area will be constructed over 1,200 square feet for ancillary facilities such as the Citizen Information Bureau, lockers, cafeteria, locker, nursing, a shopping and office administration and security.
The wording of the architectural project has been financed entirely by the Ministry of Public Works and Land € 70,000 under the program of aid to 45 municipalities in the region, financed by the Directorate General of Land and Housing.
