DPi_ "The internal democracy of political parties" (30/03/2011)

Last March 23 was held at the auditorium of the Ateneo de Madrid a panel discussion on the internal democracy of political parties.

The event was moderated by the first secretary of the Athenaeum, D.

Carlos Garcia, and developed with the involvement of speakers disposed of ten minutes to develop his speech, which dealt with the issue of political parties, lack of internal democracy and the need to eradicate the corruption of institutions and alienate those who exercise or indulge in public life.

Ángel Gimeno Madrid, former director of Aragon, revealed the high degree of corruption in much of Spain's political organization.

Highlighted in his speech the catastrophic state of our government with a difficult solution to the crisis because of the situation in Europe.

José Peña González, gave a master class in constitutional law, and deepened the need to improve internal party democracy, and reform so that there are open lists.

José Antonio Albaladejo Lucas deepened, among other things, the need to reduce government.

He asserted that it is more necessary than ever gathering of people with proven experience in business management to lead our government, as municipalities and autonomous regions are the largest companies on where they settle, and instead are directed, in Most politicians with no business experience whatsoever.

After completion of the first speech of the speakers, most of which drew a catastrophic realities of government, especially those currently in them, they opened the floor for questions for the audience, who led a varied overview the current situation with real cases, which were answered by the speakers at his second turn to speak.

Closed the event the candidate of IPR for mayor of San Pedro, who throughout their speeches were interrupted repeatedly by applause from the audience.

Said the major parties try to muzzle the smaller parties, and said the economic situation is completely opposite of what democracy needs to develop, because without economic freedom there can be no democracy.

He closed his speech with a call to hope, asking everyone to become more involved in public life and youth and encourage all citizens to demand their constitutional rights to decent work, a roof over their heads and not settle for handouts unemployment or being assigned a soup kitchen.

He said that "better is possible if we all work in earnest."
