DPi: "Navigating business sector drift" (28/06/2013)

At present, day in and day reading multiple news breakfast bankruptcy or insolvency of many small and medium enterprises, despite the extensive experience of its managers are unable to maintain their activity, and they have to go the media that brings you the bankruptcy law despite knowing that the road will almost inevitably leads to the disappearance in the relatively near future.

From DPi we refuse to believe that entrepreneurs who have been able to build their businesses from scratch and have been active for many years, meeting all their tax and corporate, suddenly have become delinquent for in taste, are incapable to continue in business and look doomed to extinction.

We are confident that widespread abrupt change now occurring in the Spanish business world is due solely to inadequate laws that we currently have, made in good years and nobody is able to meet the current crisis much interest put it.

Therefore, we urge our government to change the legislation urgently, if you really are interested in the economic recovery of our country.

Having, or just regentar currently manage a small business in Spain is nothing short of playing "Russian Roulette".

Every morning entrepreneurs are forced to take a series of decisions that can bring business to the disappearance because maintenance costs are very high, the controls that are submitted by management are extreme, and credits absent while we see every day are reducing revenues, driven by consumer crisis of society in general.

With the gloomy picture presented here, it is just a reflection of the sad reality of Spanish companies, and if our governments do not improve Legislation URGENTLY adapting to modern times, the carnage is served.

From DPi we do not want to be alarmist tache without providing solutions, and we want to express what we consider essential to carry out urgently to try to prevent further producing the vast amount of bankruptcies, as is currently happening.

The proposals we ask are the following:

Urge banks to provide credit to companies at low interest, and failing to nationalize some of the rescued bank to make what once was done with official money from Spain Mortgage Bank, Industrial Bank, Agricultural Bank Local credit, etc., ie employers to give low interest.

Reduce electricity tariff with immediacy to all industries, farmers and service sector in general, as it is currently unsustainable and paradoxically increase revenue while lowering costs for this service.

Back to reductions in the price of diesel, at least the sectors identified and fishermen.

Reduce municipal IBI tax all businesses and revise down all municipal taxes and fees, such as taxes opening business or occupation of public roads.

It is also essential to minimize the formalities of new business openings.

Finally we consider very important to lower the costs of Social Security, not only in the new hire but also in the current templates.

This measure, far from reducing the state revenues would increase because more contracts to be undertaken and would lower the monthly cost of unemployment, and so would end up putting the machinery of recovery, we now have stranded and hopeless to navigate.

To DPi believe that one of the most serious consequences which we live is the lack of real knowledge of the operation of a private company by our current political class, university graduates and officers on leave in general, without the slightest idea of how it works a company that is not official, some politicians come as members of the Board of Directors, but only to collect the diets that are paid to sign the minutes, and do not shift against the president.

We hope and wish that as soon as you take some measures raised here, with the assurance that it is the only way to return to the path of growth, and although they may seem absurd to our recommendations as high instances, do not give for losses, as our first proposal to the City of San Pedro to lower the bonuses to politicians, where we were criticized both the end was imposed from Madrid, and extensible basis to all staff, and the second has been to result in downgrade warning for the bonuses of June and December of between 20 and 40% for the officials, who expect and hope to be extended to the political class in general as another way to help lower the recovery is inflated costs of our political administration.

We understand how painful it must be for the powerful governments of our administrations to accept that a tiny game like DPi be right, but as rectify is wise, now have time otherwise.
