The Civil Guard arrested three people involved in burglary and two receptadores (05/08/2013)

So far, 16 have been clarified burglary offenses inside apartment in San Pedro del Pinatar

The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia, in the framework of "Plan against burglary", has developed an operation called "Harpies", which has resulted in the arrest of three members of a criminal group dedicated to this type crime in San Pedro del Pinatar and two others on charges of receiving and drug trafficking.

Modus operandi

The investigations performed allowed agents to locate the building where they sold the effects of illegal, so we proceeded to the entry and search, prior judicial authorization, where they seized several stolen effects in homes plus 484 resin acorns hashish, cash and tools used for drug trafficking and the arrest of the two people who ran the property, suspected of abetting crime and drug trafficking.

Having identified the three members of the band, one of them a minor, the Meritorious proceeded to arrest, suspected of burglaries in indoors.

In the investigation, the Guardia Civil has managed to clear, so far, 16 offenses of burglary inside homes and has enjoyed the cooperation of local police in San Pedro del Pinatar.

Detained

Within the operation has proceeded to the arrest of three persons, one of them a minor, suspected of crimes against property (burglary), and two others on charges of receiving and drug trafficking, all identified as:

- Spanish, 24 year-old resident of San Pedro del Pinatar.

- Spanish, 38 year-old resident of San Pedro del Pinatar.

- Moroccan, 35, who lives in Torre Pacheco.

- Moroccan, 26 years old and lives in Torre Pacheco.

- A minor.

Two of those arrested have numerous precedents for committing criminal acts before.

Recovered Effects

They have managed to recover various objects, including five TVs, two dryers, a refrigerator, a laptop, nine cards prepaid mobile phone, a GPS, two mobile phones, digital photography camera, digital decoder and a team music.

Effects seized and operated

In the house search, officers seized 484 cannabis resin acorns, and the intervention of 2.000 euros cash and a car.

Those arrested and police inquiries have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 1 of San Javier (Murcia) and the Office of Children of the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
