The Department of Environment, with ECOEMBES, developed the campaign "Disconnect everything except recycling", which takes place at different points in Lo Pagán 20 to August 22
The campaign "Disconnect everything except recycling", promoted by the Department of Environment and nonprofit entity ECOEMBES includes various informational and awareness activities taking place this week at the boardwalk and the weekly market in Lo Pagan .
Thus, the campaign got underway today from 10:30 to 12:30 hours on the promenade of La Puntica, which has installed a point of environmental information directed to pedestrians and sunbathers in which the monitors have been proposed to the smallest educational games on proper waste management and those small actions that can be performed to reduce and promote recycling.
This activity will take place tomorrow, Wednesday August 21, at Villananitos boardwalk, next to tourist information point 10:30 to 12:30 hours.
The campaign will conclude on Thursday, August 22, with a tour traveling in the weekly market in Lo Pagan, from 09:00 to 11:00 hours.
"Unplug everything except recycling" joins other action taken by the Department of Environment in collaboration with the Management system ECOEMBES as radio campaigns, activities in schools and lectures in the city Ecopark.
