Pinatarense Sports Association participated with sub-16, U-21, all male and female teams in Spain by club championship held in Castellón, on 6 and 7 September
A total of 28 pinatarenses paddlers participated in the championship of Spain by kayak polo clubs, held on 6 and 7 September in Castellón, achieving excellent results in various categories.
Thus, the U-21 team was Champion of Spain, confirming its supremacy as they had previously achieved the championship, despite some casualties and injuries.
One of its components, Alejandro Saez, travel to France to compete in the World Championship with the Spanish.
The women's team, league runners, picked up the victory proclaimed Champions of Spain.
The paddlers Laura Salmerón, Sonia Martinez and Beatriz Carmona also be part of the Spanish team in the World Championship in France, and then by the European clubs.
The youngest team, the U-16 won the bronze medal in his first performance at the national level, while the team Absolute Men got an outstanding 5th position, this category being the highest level of participation that has a total of 14 teams in the Championship.
These excellent results are the fruit of the effort and daily work of these young athletes, as well as Daniel Cegarra coach Kayak Polo UCAM-ADPinatar, without whose efforts this result would not have been possible.
