San Pedro del Pinatar host four regional finals of the School Sports Programme (23/11/2015)

The town will host this year's regional finals of gimkana cycling, triathlon, beach volleyball and matte program in Physical Activity and Sports School Age, promoted by the Directorate General of Sports in the Region of Murcia, in collaboration with the municipalities.

The town of San Pedro del Pinatar this course will host four of the final program of Physical Activity and Sport School Age regional, which aims to promote sports in schools through educational and recreational values.

This program includes a championship sports promotion, in which various schools representing their respective municipalities and covering individual and team sports involved.

This tournament is divided into a first municipal phase, an inter-phase and culminates in regional finals.

Thus, San Pedro del Pinatar is one of the main venues of regional finals, as they played four of these days.

In February 2016 the city will host the first Roadbook Cycling, a new discipline in this course which involves making a circuit of skill with bikes artificial obstacles in the shortest time possible.

Moreover, in May San Pedro del Pinatar Triathlon will host the final tournament held for the second consecutive year and will be hosted by the Paseo de La Mota.

This discipline booming last year gathered 300 participants.

In June Villananitos Beach will host the final of beach volleyball and has also held the finals of Mate, one of the predeportivas disciplines that attract school.
