The Spanish Institute for Quality Tourism (ICTE) has delivered this quality certificate Villananitos beaches and La Puntica, renewing this distinction.
The mayor of San Javier, Visitation Martinez, and the Councillor for Tourism, Silvia Egea, have received two separate diplomas certifying the Quality Tourism Q on the beaches of La Puntica and Villananitos.
This label guarantees accessibility, cleanliness and safety of certified beaches and provides, in turn, reliability, differentiation and promotion.
The Q quality mark is awarded by the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality (ICTE), a body that conducts audits at national level to those establishments and institutions that seek to test their level of compliance with high quality standards.
Beaches Villananitos and La Puntica, won this award for the first time in 2006 and annually undergo a thorough audit in maintaining and improving the quality of these beaches is confirmed.
